I've wished to love somebody,
for them to love me too,
but it's just not that easy
to find that one with who...
I find a good connection
with hearts then intertwined
and stars shine in our eyes...
it's proved so hard to find.
You see it in the movies
and through the cartoon shows
of cupid and his arrows,
but where they land, who knows?
Now cupid may be out there
and flown quite near, you see
yet maybe missed my chances
by not shooting then at me.
I still hope for that moment
when someone then could be,
the one that brings the arrow
who will change my heart for free.
